Engineering Excellence for Specialty Additives Processing

Impes Innovation Pvt. Ltd. provided Detail Engineering Services for the Additives Mixing Plant developed for specialty additive processing and blending operations. The plant is designed for controlled mixing and processing of chemical additives used in various industrial applications.

Our scope included engineering design and detailing of the agitated reactor system, supporting structures, skid assembly, and plant piping network. The project involved preparation of detailed engineering deliverables to support accurate fabrication and installation of plant equipment and structures.

Impes Innovation also developed a complete 3D model of the skid-mounted system, enabling proper integration of equipment, piping, and structural components while ensuring efficient space utilization and accessibility for operation and maintenance.

Engineering Challenge

Hot work was not permitted at the plant site, which required all fabrication activities to be completed at the workshop.

Entire equipment, piping, and structural systems had to be fabricated at shop and assembled at site using bolted connections.

This required very high dimensional accuracy and precise engineering coordination to ensure proper alignment during site installation.
