PROJECT OVERVIEW

Engineering Excellence for Coconut Processing

Impes Innovation Pvt. Ltd. provided Basic Engineering and Detail Engineering services for the Coconut Processing Plant developed for processing coconut-based food products. The facility is designed to handle multiple processing stages including mixing, heating, and storage operations required for food-grade production.

Our scope included process and mechanical design of key process equipment, preparation of detailed fabrication drawings, and engineering support for plant piping and layout development. Impes Innovation also developed a complete 3D model of the plant, enabling effective visualization, engineering coordination, and integration of equipment with piping systems.

The engineering work ensured that the processing equipment and piping systems were designed to meet operational requirements while maintaining efficient plant layout and maintainability.
