Engineering Excellence for Ethoxylation Production

Impes Innovation Pvt. Ltd. provided Detail Engineering Services for the Ethoxylation Plant developed for specialty chemical production. The plant is designed to manufacture ethoxylated products, which are widely used in applications such as surfactants, detergents, personal care products, agrochemicals, and specialty industrial chemicals.

Our scope mainly focused on piping engineering and development of a complete 3D plant model to support detailed design, engineering coordination, and construction planning. The work involved preparation of piping layouts, routing optimization, and integration of piping systems with process equipment within the plant.

Impes Innovation developed a comprehensive 3D model of the entire plant, enabling effective visualization of plant layout, clash detection between different disciplines, and accurate engineering deliverables to support fabrication and installation activities.
