PROJECT OVERVIEW

Engineering Excellence for Fish Protein Production

Impes Innovation Pvt. Ltd. provided Basic Engineering and Detail Engineering services for the Fish Protein Processing Plant developed for the production of protein-rich products derived from fish processing operations. The plant is designed to convert fish-based raw materials into high-value protein products used in food, feed, and specialty nutrition applications.

Our scope included process design development, preparation of engineering documentation, mechanical design of equipment, and piping engineering to support efficient plant operation and construction. Impes Innovation prepared key process engineering deliverables such as Process Flow Diagrams with material balance, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, and utility summaries to establish a comprehensive engineering foundation for the plant.

In addition, our team developed detailed 3D plant models and piping layouts, ensuring proper integration of process equipment, utilities, and piping systems while supporting fabrication and installation activities.
