Engineering Excellence for Green PVC Manufacturing

Impes Innovation Pvt. Ltd. provided feasibility study and pre-bid engineering services for the Green PVC Facility project, aimed at developing a modern petrochemical plant for the production of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The facility is part of a large-scale industrial development planned at Mundra Port to support the growing demand for PVC and related petrochemical products.

Our scope mainly focused on technical assessment and engineering inputs during the pre-bid phase, helping the client evaluate technical requirements and estimate project costs for key process equipment. The work involved detailed study of tender documents, preparation and closure of technical queries (TQ), and preliminary mechanical design with budgetary cost estimation for major equipment such as heat exchangers, columns, and pressure vessels.

In addition, Impes Innovation supported procurement engineering activities by preparing technical specifications and coordinating with vendors for bought-out equipment, ensuring suitable technology and vendor options were available for the project.
