Engineering Excellence for LPG Blending Systems

Impes Innovation Pvt. Ltd. successfully delivered detailed engineering services for the LPG Blending Package, developed to support precise blending and processing of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) streams in a high-pressure process environment. The project involved engineering design and analysis of U-Stamped high-pressure static mixers, which play a critical role in ensuring uniform blending of LPG components and maintaining process efficiency.

Our scope included advanced mechanical design, finite element analysis (FEA), and preparation of detailed fabrication drawings to ensure structural reliability and compliance with pressure vessel design codes. The engineering work supported the safe and efficient fabrication of critical process equipment used within the LPG blending system.
