Engineering Excellence for Adjuvant Preparation

Impes Innovation Pvt. Ltd. provided Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering, and Project Management services for the New Adjuvant Preparation Facility developed to support vaccine formulation and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The facility is designed for the preparation and handling of adjuvants used in vaccine production, requiring precise process control and reliable equipment integration.

Our scope involved process and mechanical design of equipment, skid engineering, piping design, and development of detailed fabrication drawings to support manufacturing and installation activities. Impes Innovation also developed complete 3D models of modular process skids, enabling effective engineering coordination, equipment integration, and design validation.

In addition to engineering deliverables, Impes Innovation supported procurement and manufacturing stages by preparing specifications for bought-out items, assisting during fabrication, and providing supervision support during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure equipment performance and compliance with project requirements.
