Impes Innovation Pvt. Ltd. provided comprehensive engineering services for the Penta Steam Optimization Plant developed for improving process efficiency and energy utilization within the chemical manufacturing facility.

The plant integrates multiple advanced process operations including Multiple Effect Evaporation (MEE), Distillation, Stripping, and Vapor Re-compression systems to optimize steam consumption and improve overall process performance. The project aimed to enhance energy recovery, reduce steam demand, and improve operational efficiency of the existing plant.

Impes Innovation delivered both Basic Engineering and Detailed Engineering services, along with procurement and construction support to ensure successful implementation and integration of the new plant system with the existing facility.
