Engineering Excellence for Plasticizer Production

Impes Innovation Pvt. Ltd. provided Basic Engineering and Detail Engineering Services for the Plasticizer Plant involving the IBA–NBA Stripping Unit, which is part of the plasticizer production process used in polymer and chemical industries.

The plant includes separation and purification operations where stripping and distillation processes are used to remove light components and improve product quality. Impes Innovation supported the project by developing process engineering documentation during the basic engineering stage and detailed mechanical design for critical process equipment during the detailed engineering phase.

Our team prepared essential process diagrams and carried out mechanical design and detailing of key equipment such as distillation columns, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels, along with fabrication drawings to support manufacturing and installation activities.
