PROJECT OVERVIEW

Engineering Excellence for High-Purity Distillation

Impes Innovation Pvt. Ltd. successfully delivered detailed engineering services and manufacturing support for a Short Path Distillation Unit, designed for high-efficiency separation and purification of temperature-sensitive products under high vacuum conditions. Short path distillation technology is widely used for processing specialty chemicals, high-value oils, and fine chemical products, where precise thermal control and minimal residence time are critical.

Our scope involved mechanical design and advanced engineering analysis of key process equipment, ensuring structural reliability and performance under demanding operating conditions. The project included finite element analysis (FEA), mechanical design, and manufacturing engineering support for critical components of the distillation system.

All equipment was designed in compliance with ASME Section VIII pressure vessel standards and CE Marking requirements, ensuring adherence to international safety and quality regulations.
