PROJECT OVERVIEW

Engineering Excellence for Polymer Manufacturing

Impes Innovation Pvt. Ltd. provided detail engineering services for the VAM 100 KTA & VAE 50 KTA Plant project developed for polymer production. The facility is designed to manufacture Vinyl Acetate Monomer (VAM) and Vinyl Acetate Ethylene (VAE), which are key raw materials used in the production of adhesives, coatings, paints, and specialty polymers.

Our scope mainly focused on providing comprehensive mechanical and structural engineering support for large storage tanks required in the plant. The work involved detailed mechanical design, structural analysis, and finite element analysis (FEA) to ensure structural integrity, safety, and compliance with design standards for large-capacity tanks.

Impes Innovation also prepared detailed manufacturing drawings for fabrication and construction, enabling accurate production and efficient installation of the tanks within the facility.
